This map illustrates the main area from which the plants were found and photographed.
Broadly, this is the area of the Parc National des Cévennes (National Park of the Cévennes) Again broadly, this is centered around Florac, and covers much of the department of Lozère in France. Thus the principal areas are the southern side of Mont Lozère, around Florac and the Causse Méjean, and the norther slopes of Mont Aiguoal. Not all of the Parc National des Cévennes nor all of Lozère has been covered to date, but some plants of particular interest in the Lozerien part of Aubrac and the Margeride have been included. |
